The Honda cub and scooter look familiar. Are they the old Diopark moulds by any chance?

I was just thinking that - I haven’t looked that closely but I think they’re a little different.
What happened to Diopark? Are they still in business?

Sadly, l don’t think so. I would very much like a couple more of their Merc’s.
I’m sure someone more knowledgeable than me will confirm or deny if these bikes were theirs.

The Vespa and Honda are the ones originally made by Diopark, at least the cad images are the very same. The owner of the (one-man) company died and that’s the reason there has been no new releases or re-editions as the moulds were somehow “lost”. Pity as he was quite enthusiastic and had nice projects in the works.
