German Battleship Bismarck 1941 1/700 kit including wood deck, 600 PE parts and brass gun barrels

If you ever plan on another Bismarck build, I would recommend, with confidence and experience, Flyhawk’s Deluxe version. The I :heartpulse: Kits is a re-box of a pretty old Trumpeter kit; Flyhawk’s is state-of-the-art, and for only (maybe) a few $'s more than the cost of I :heartpulse: Kits, (wood deck is separate). Also a lot easier and less frustrating build! Still, you managed to pull it off!

Thanks. If I can find any UHU glue here I will try that. BTW, do you stretch the glue then let it dry and cut to size, then apply? Or just apply directly when still fresh? OIC, fresh. :+1:

Just an update on my other German project, Mickey the Beetle, he has glass now,

rear lights

and I’m just about to figure out this brand new fresh bundle of wires, Mickey’s nervous system.

Happy Days.

even model kit beetles don’t break down that far.

Thanks for the comment Rus, the UHU glue method is very fragile, but it does last, Here’s a Fletcher Destroyer 1/350 big T, the UHU rigging is still there despite this build being several years old.
