This third wheel and scratch built fork were added here, as based on the Patton Museum Weapon before this additional detail was later added to the Dragon kit. (Early production kits did not include this third wheel.)

There is a PAK 38(monument gun) where I live, across the street:
Kids playing in the community park, rotate its elevation and azimuth wheels, so it points in different direction each time I look at it…
A cosy refference for my future build, I think.
