Minus the masking in the windows, obviously. There is a resin set available to add the false tank tracks the kit left out.

I should probably add it is a pretty easy build; the parts all fit well and since there is no engine detail or anything under the trunk that simplifies it a bit further. The interior is pretty basic although you definitely could add personal effects and gear for the crew inside.

That said, because the way this kit is set up you can only make this vehicle. In fact, all the Meng Vee Dubs are what the box portrays with no extras, so if you want to make a diorama you’re better off with any of the Dragon kits or even the old Tamiya rather than these. Meng doesn’t even let you choose top down or up.

Any idea of who makes the resin set of false tracks? I’ve been searching, but I can’t find it.

They’re made by Voyager Models (P# PE351350B), who also provide PE upgrades as well as the choice of top up/down Meng did not provide.
