All coming together really nicely now. Boxcar looks great with the livery markings on it.
Does the endcap for the guttering still need to go on the right hand end ? The tones on the roof and stonework look lovely as well. Very authentic.

I have to put the end cap on the rain gutter. Still shaking my head as to why Miniart molded the rain gutters
that way.

Very impressive… And I’ve been waiting for this part as I’ve never seen an engine built… Do you pre paint as you go ? It also looks big ? What sort of size is it compared to say a Panther or Tiger ?

I paint the model in sections especially if I am going to use different colors. The length of the model is 10 inches long 4 inches high and 3 1/2 inches wide.

Thanks ? So it’s a bit longer than a Cr1 hull… That’s a decent size ?

I don’t know what a cr1 hull is so I can’t answer your question.

Sorry I was just trying visualise its size … Cr1 = Challenger 1 MBT that I have hull working on. And your loco is just over a cm longer… :+1:
Is the scene going to be mixed civil and military?

Looks good. Don’t know if you can/want to fix but there is a sink mark under the front left window in the last photo.
