Ghost of Kyiv Colors

I picked om the 1/72 ICM “Ghost of Kyiv” MiG-29, and I have a question concerning the paint colors. I generally use spray cans as i do not have an airbursh, so I’m trying to figure out what paint to use. The only colors that they don’t have a Tamiya conversion for are ICM 1028 Off White (what the heck is Revell 4?) and ICM 1033 Sky Grey. Does anyone have any suggestions for these colors?

Maybe this will help you:

Revell 4 is gloss white and opposite 5 which is also white.

This should help pick some close spray can colors.
