there are a few places currently with stuff coming out for the 1/16th kit like a 577 add on

a T50 Turret Kit

Arms Corps Models are doing other stuff also for Aussie variants like better detailed grille mesh radios etc and his turret will probably be more accurate also. he is also doing adjustable track tensioners so track can look more accurate.
another thing if adding a belly plate for an aussie version is they were full length of the underneath, the US only had 1/3 and 2/3 options (normally the 1/3 version though)

the side sponson armour plates need a weld seam adding along the side

and the plate did not sit flat under the sponson but angled very slightly down towards the hull side

this shows the belly plate being fitted in Vietnam, they just tipped them on their side to fit easier.

will also be T130E1 track sets coming for those doing carriers post Vietnam era

Pretty nice offerings. I hope they also come with an M113A2 update; maybe an A3 update and even an AS3/AS4 conversion.

I know, tall order, but a man can dream, right?

Oh don’t worry Reyneir, the 3D companies won’t miss out on this. We’ll see A2 and A3 update sets. I just hope nobody comes out with an M901 ITV conversion - then my wallet will suffer irreparable damage!

That makes two fo us. I already built the Italeri M901 and currently ISO the Academy variant.

the guy from Arms Corps Models did some of the original modelling in conjunction with Mousehouse for the 1/35th AS4 model

he is working on on 1/16th Abrahams upgrades also

Make that 3 of us! I’d love to see the early TOW version too.

I’d expect to see Zelda and Vulcan conversions at some point, too. Really, the M113 in 1/16 could be its own market.

It would be amazing to see an M-113 Nagmash standard configuration as well in full Toga armor in 1/16.
