Yup.Get what you pay for. 
Have a paint set inbound, from Indiana to Reno, suppose to take 2 weeks. Best ship time was during covid. Ordered 3 kits (1/35 AFVs) and some decals. Charge was about $10 more than usual. 3 days from Japan (Hobbysearch1999.Highly recommended!) to my doorstep! Oh, good source for OOP/ “Used” (IE: bought from private party/collector as opposed to distributor) is KingKit ( https://www.kingkit.co.uk/ ). Not sure how bad shipping from UK is these days, but …

Got my order saturday. the box was well sealed and marked fragile, i didn’t know it came from italy-lol, Inside it was well packaged and the kit itself was wrapped in bubble wrap.
it was an opened box but all parts were still sealed in bags. this is what they mean by used then, decals are yellowed though and directions are in Japanese except for a few color callouts.
even came with a little treat, can’t tell what it is though as it is also in japanese.
The kit itself was a little more than what i see it for on other sites but the free shipping evens it out i guess. kit looks fairly detailed but has no option for an open canopy. i usually like to display the rear gun deployed but not this time i guess.
overall happy with everything and will consider ordering from them again.
