The Major from supply….the type is classic.
The rifle range and combat town was what my unit used. We had Quonset Huts to match but was told they didn’t film in that location, who knows. Torn them down not long after getting to the unit.
Also that is not NC (the unit location depicted, 2nd MarDiv) but CA.

. I am expecting a post Christmas delivery of 2 kits. One ( coming from as far away as l
Poland) RFM 1/35 Canadian Leopard 2A6M, the second is coming from much closer ( Houston Texas) I forget the kit maker brand But it’s a 48 scale Mirage IIIC. ( Israeli) jet fighter. Both kits Should be arriving sometime this week Tuesday at the earliest ( tank model) and the Mirage should be be Friday MAYBE? But that’s my line up. While I’m still working to finish the M-60A3 and the JU-87 Stuka I’ve been stuck on for more than a couple of weeks.

Some of you guys must of been really nice in 2022! That darned Santa’s Sleigh must have been too full in my case.
Now, he’s going to have to make a special trip next week. First, he’s going to have to swing by Michigan Toy Soldier in Detroit and pick up that box. Then fly all the way to Arizona and visit Andy and get that other box. I guess even Santa has supply chain issues.
