Again - Original WW II Hetzer from the Keisler Collection:


The blue shade is actually Panzer Grey just seen here in the intense light of the electronic flash.

Looking at the “Kiesler” vehicle, I see no reason to think that it’s a real Hetzer.

Its main gun is the Pak40, i.e. the gun installed in the G13. The Hetzer’s gun was significantly different.
It has an escape hatch in the floor, which is the sure sign of a G13 hull.
It has an American radio set and intercom. Moreover, I see no bolt holes beside the driver to suggest that a German intercom box was ever installed.

As to the main gun It was my understanding that after the Germans took over the factory they then mounted 75s produced in the fatherland.

I bow to your perhaps greater knowledge on the subject.
