There are a few pictures in the Tankograd book on the M-915 of this device being employed by transportation companies and turning M-915 tractors into recovery units. I have found several pictures on the web of civilian units as well as a sales brochure w/basic dimensional info. Can anyone w/better search capabilities point me towards engineering drawings or better military documentation.

Thanks. Yes those, along w/the sales brochure Gino posted, were the photos I found and I agree there is enough there to make a reasonable representation. Engineer that I am however I am always looking for more detailed info.

Ahh, the curse of the engineer,
I know what you mean,
digging for more exact measurements
until I realise that the model paint will
wreck the last three decimals anyway

So true, and I’m of the slide rule generation so a lot of decimals get lost.
