I was wondering if anybody knows the way to contact trumpeter so I can request a sprue that I would like to order or of any other way to acquire said sprue.

HobbyDNA is Trumpeter/Hobby Boss official parts service.
Type in the product number in the search bar then click it. It brings you to the page showing the parts trees and if they are available or not. You can order multiple parts trees but only one of each. If you need two of a specific parts tree you have to order them separately. If the parts are available, it takes about a month to arrive to the USA.
