I just bought this primer and realized that i dont have leveling thinner. I can’t buy it quickly but i have lacquer
Thinner with retarder so can i dilute this primer with lacquer thiner?

Yup, normal lacquer thinner should work just fine!
I’ve thinned it with leveling thinner, tamiya lacquer thinner and hardware lacquer thinner
