To give them some credit, it is more likely to be camo for overhead surveilance from aircraft or drones. From above it would look like a dark area on the probably dark roof. It is probably pretty effective.

I had to check Google maps:
The Pantsir is placed on one of the heli-pads so maybe dark green isn’t totally wrong
The “whole world” knows where it is located by now …
Yeah: I was looking around to see where it would potentially be located; i was thinking atop the Ministry of Defense building.
And Google Earth is just consumer grade; i can assume that the military uses more powerful systems that can probably read the technical manual lying on a table next to the system from 6 miles up.
