I am looking for someone who could build my Blue Jacket Model Crafters 1/16 kit of CVE-73 USS Gambier Bay. Actually, my father in law was a plank owner on the USS Makin Island CVE-93. so I am wanting to have it completed as the USS Makin Island. The kit is complete and has not been started.
I am in Southern California and am hoping to find someone local. Please let me know if you have the interest and experience.

Should the scale be 1/192 instead?

Edit: Aha … 1/16th inch = 1 foot → 1/192 scale

I think Bluejacket offers a building service for their kits . They are in Maine so a long ways from you but it may be worse looking into.
