IBG Models 2025

I’m interested in the Panzer II with the heightened turret but I have not been able to confirm it actually existed in the field or was just a prototype.

Would love to see some of their 1/72 stuff turn into 1/35 some day!

A big, “Thank you!”, to Yuri for posting model catalogs from European manufacturers.

A while back, I purchased a half dozen 1/35 scale IBG models. They all look really nice in the box and left me wanting more. I built (but have yet to paint) the 1/35 Chevrolet C15A and was very happy with the result.

I’ve never heard of this company but they do have some interesting models

I hadn’t either, until a while ago. they are based out of Poland as you can probably tell from their selection of kits.

I bought one of their 7Tp kits and it looks awesome in the box

This is their Pz.Kpfw II Ausf. b kit with fuel trailer. I thought it went together well. I also have their Ausf a2 kit, which I’ve not yet started.

They do make a lot of interesting vehicles, especially several Italian trucks and such I don’t see anyone else touching.

I built at least one IBG model. I think they’re great stuff. Like some people have said, I wish they were 1/35 or least 1/48. But nowadays with 1/72 featuring as good of detail as 1/35 did a generation ago, I’m contemplating switching scales. I have nothing bad to say about IBG I think that they’re subject matter is a welcome addition to early war. I really appreciate their Japanese subjects. And I think that they’re molding and general fit and detail is very good.

I have built their Polish TK, the 7TP, and the Rosomak. All have excellent fit and detail. I give IBG high marks.
