Is this a 50 mm Pak 38, or a 75 mm Pak 40. I think it’s a 50 mm, but not sure.
Definitely not a PAK 40. I would say its a PAK 38.

The box is there also on PaK40, so not a definitive proof:
. On the other hand, the shield is effectively different, so I would say your photo is a 38.

Not to mention the fact that everything about the Pak 38 just looks smaller…especially the breach block, it looks less massive.
