If you used some aftermarket track for your mid or late Tamiya Tiger 1, and still have the rubber band set, I could sure use them.
Thanks ahead of time.
Check on Ebay. Also, AFV Club makes “rubberband” tracks. Need to research before you buy. Tigers used several different type tracks depending on when made.
Looking for the stock Tamiya track found in the mid tiger 1.
Greg, I’ll check when I get home. Pretty sure, I hsve spare from a Tamiya mid-Tiger.
Great
I have a set of indy link tracks from the Otto Cairus tiger, if that helps at all.
Damon.
I have a set from the … Don’t laugh, nobody can laugh
… CMK-T35001 Bergepanzer Tiger I.
Will these work for your project?
@TopSmith This set in the CMK kit is actually Tamiya track.
@Armor_Buff They mold detail to the insides now?
Yes, the newer (~1993+) revised Tamiya flexible band tracks have details on both sides. I think the Tamiya T-72, Panther G & King Tiger kits of the early 1990’s were among the first kits with the new compound.
However, newest Tamiya kits have tendency for link & length or partially workable lonk & length.
ok, around 1993. I built that Tamiya Tiger I back in the eighties and it has the one sided track.
I want to thank you all for your offers. It truly warms my heart knowing people are willing to help.
