I’ve found some items I’d like to order. I can’t find anyone in CONUS that carries them. Their website is still up, but seems that the last update was in 2017. I’ve tried to contact directly, to no avail.

Unfortunately the owner of Slingshot Models is pretty busy with his other business and cannot ship or produce anything for the time being or the near future.
I contacted him last month and that was his response.

I found this old thread because I am also looking for some parts for a Turkish M48 and wanted to ask if there might be any news (meanwhile even the website seems to be down 
). @gtdeath13 seems to be in contact with the (former ?) owner … ?!
I suspect he’s packed it all in; I was lucky in that I secured the early pattern M48 commander’s cupola - which is quite nicely done.
If he doesn’t resurrect the business it’ll be a shame that’s for sure.
I contacted the owner and unfortunately he has no items in the inventory. All that is left are the molds that he is trying to sell to someone. Besides the tracks is there anything else you are looking for? Most of the stuff can be found from other vendors.

I have been wanting to finish the CAD work for 1/35 M48 Chrysler cupola as another option for fellow builders but life keeps getting in the way. Maybe in April…
Thank you. Too bad. To be honest, I don’t yet know which country-specific changes I would have to implement. I would like to represent an M48A5 T1 circa 1984/1985. So probably with the 105 mm cannon but still with the original tracks and the .50 MG in the commander’s cupola on the turret. Plus the smoke launchers. I’ll probably have to find out more about this …
