I ordered April 14th with no issue. Is that recent enough? As I don’t recall the tariff dates and within that any with Poland as the media I saw was mostly about China, Canada and Mexico.

I have tried to use their services and this is not a slight against super hobby, but Australia Post were apparently so confused by the package that they couldn’t find it even though they told me it was awaiting collection at my local post office, but still managed to find it to return to sender after having to compensate me for the loss.
Super Hobby offered a refund or credit on the returned item and I intend to try again once I figure out how to mitigate ausposts incompetence.

As an addition to the votes of confidence above, their after sales support is also pretty good in my experience. They very promptly sent me a missing piece from a kit I bought from them.

I’m a regular customer of Super Hobby since 2016 and have never had any problems with them.
I had to make a claim only once and it wasn’t because of their fault:
A year and a half ago, I ordered a set of 1/350th scale Very Fire German Flak guns for a modelling buddy of mine.
It was short before Xmas as they arrived-I checked them and found the guns were lacking their resin bases.Contacted Super Hobby immediately with a claim.
They responded swiftly(their entire batch of said Very Fire guns lacked the resin basement) and offered refund or waiting until they solve the issue.I chose the second option and in 4 weeks time received the missing items.That’s what I call a stellar customer service!
