A number of .top sites tend to be fraudulent or malware carriers.
Hosted on the Alibaba Cloud, which has growing worldwide presence for hosting. The email domain emoneysec.com has a San Mateo CA registration location, but I have no idea what it does. The dot top address points to stuff with USD pricing but I have no idea if they accept a secure pmt service that will refund your money if they fail to deliver. Good luck, be careful.
