On what looks like an M60 chassis?
Should be doable but there needs to be something to transfer rotation from
a flywheel driven by the steam cylinders down to the sprocket.
Having the sprocket at the rear (like the M60) and the steam cylinders at the front
helps when designing the transmission.
Super cool!

This is the locomotive for the Essex steam train which pulls tourists though the Connecticut River Valley.
