I was accidentally “flushed” out of the system over the past few months. All my previous topics are no longer associated to the this “new” account I have created, so I will be rebuilding. Sorry this took so long, lots of family stuff and trips have kept me preoccupied.

I don’t know Discourse’s possibilities behind the scenes, but I suspect an admin will be able to merge your new account with your old one. Unless the account was deleted without deleting its posts, in which case the posts might not be associated with any user anymore, which probably makes it hard to tack them onto this account now.

Jim was not sure if the accounts would merge, but it does not matter. I’m back.

So far as I know ( I am no programmer) Jim has it under control. I do not delve into the dark and bleak basement dwellings of the programming ilk.
