The CAD drawings look nice. From reading the information on their Facebook page I believe that Lanmo Models are close to releasing the Italian AB 41 and are releasing these afterward. I’ve been wrong before though.
Lets hope you are right… The Gun mount and guns look a bit chunky. I hope it is the drawings being mockups and not what the interior will actualy look like. They need to be better than Hobby Boss, which is the best looking 222 so far.
I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on this, until I see some reviews.
They are like a year behind on their AB41 but it should be out soon. So I’d say the 222 will be out late 2026. I’m getting both.
I am also getting the AB 40 and 41 and one of the 222s.
I believe they are trying to do the 6-Rad Sd.Kfz. 231/232 as well (possibly early/late/different manufacturers). Can’t wait!
I hope you’re patient, because Lanmo’s 232 project is stalled dead due to lack of research materials. They say they don’t have enough info on the vehicle to CAD the model.
I saw the company looking for info on FB. As long as it produces an accurate exterior, it doesn’t bother me so much. When no reliable info is available, a little artistic license is acceptable to me as well.
