Latest mobile update

Thanks for the information. I now notice the arrow on my phone. Took a minute to try to be able to select it. Might be able to get back to producing more dumb content on the site.:upside_down_face::joy:

I’ll just add another issue here:
I’ve been noticing a page loading slowdown and the occasional freeze when swiping between ‘Armorama,’ 'AeroScale and/or ‘Shipwrights.’

iPhone
iPad
Safari
All software is current.

Jim, I also view this website via safari on my iPhone. So, what is mobile version? Is this an app?

General note:
Apple launched Software Updates today. You guys using Apple iPhone (iOS), iPad (iPadOS), Mac (macOS), Apple Watch (WatchOS) might want to update to the latest versions which includes Safari (mobile and/or desktop).

Note: No affiliation with Apple Computer.

The mobile version of Safari is native on your iPhone. HTH.

No it’s not a stand-alone app per say. It’s just the mobile view of the normal website.

@staff_Jim, Been trying all weekend to log onto the KM site, I’m using a Samsung Galaxy J7 with Chrome and Chrome won’t let me on the site saying “unsafe” because it’s not HTTPS: but HSTS. ( I think that’s right)

Are you using this link:
https://forums.kitmaker.net/
or this:
https://kitmaker.net/login
or this:

https://forums.kitmaker.net

and it returns - “Your connection is not private . . .blah blah blah”

Cajun :crocodile:

. . . this link gets me to the login page, but I stay logged in on my office PC and the link I use on my cell phone keeps me logged in, so I don’t even remember my password. Tried twice to reset my password (on my cell) but all I get is a white box with an !.

The system sent an e-mail about an hour ago to the e-mail address you specified when you registered.
I can’t see the actual email address so I can’t tell you …

Hi Cajun,
You appear to be logged in on the forum, so that’s not the issue. Why are you trying to login to the kitmaker.net site? The only reason to login there would be if you want to submit content on that specific site (which is pretty dead atm, so no one is). All the content sites (Armorama, AeroScale, KitMaker, etc) have logins but the only people using them are staff or contributors. Commenting on those sites is done via the forum login for example.

Best wishes,
Jim
