The older versions of the LAV_25 didn’t have that bracked on the sides, so they would hang them, like @Frenchy mentiopned, simply strapped it to the lifting ring on the side.

Just go to the source, 2nd LAR! I’ve found all of the nspare holders(kit or aftermarket) to be too short to reach the rim of my resin wheel so I’ve improvised…
