Leopard 2 Paint scheme

I remember from a while ago the paint scheme for a Leopard 2 where the rear exhaust grills were painted in the German flag colors. Does anyone have references to the scheme?

I found one of a 2A4 with the Dutch flag colors on the exhaust.
