Was recently requested to log-in. Couldn’t recall which email address I used to create account a long time ago. Tried following the process on User Support and used two accounts for request to support, but no response (yes, looked in SPAM folder). So I created this account to seek assistance.
I really just want back to my original account.

Hi Jim,
I have merged the M151 account with your old account. Your Google login (and email) is now associated to the M75 account so they should both work. The original AOL email is also associated to this account and I assume it’s that old AOL mail system that is letting you down with mail delivery. That AOL mail service has been passed around to so many companies now all who care nothing about making sure it actually works. Now it’s owned by some app developer called “Bending Spoons”. Yeah…
