Yep, that’s them!
I have one in the stash so might look at getting a set of these.

The old Matchbox 1/76 LRDG set is another kit worth looking for. Small scale but it does feature an early and rare weapon fit of the Vickers .50cal. Essentially a scaled up water cooled .303 heavy machine gun.

Talk about timing, Ian at Forgotten Weapons has just released a new video on the Browning .303.

Might be of interest, especially on some of the Identifying features.

While this one has been modified for ground firing, I don’t think it’s set up quite the same was as the LRDG guns. This is a professional and well built modification, not a field workshop mod. But does illustrate how easily it could be done.

Quite an interesting video.
Doesn’t discuss the ground use, but gives you some ideas of the distinguishing features of the British built .303 version.
