Man, RFM is on fire with their Sherman releases! I hope they release an M4A3 105mm.

Asuka is “supposed” to release an M4A3 105mm VVSS. But then again (although they have shown sprue images) it’s been almost two years since they announced it. I would prefer an M4 105mm, though.

And, naturally, since I am close to completing this version using the MP Models turret and some fittings on a highly-modified Asuka M4A4 hull, this comes along. Oh well…

@SSGToms I’d like to see the Egyptian FL-10 version.
FL-10 turret? You mean like the OTHER conversion I have been working on? Asuka M4A4 hull, 'A2 engine deck and exhaust, plus turret from Tamiya’s AMX-13. That would have made life easier and yes, I wouldn’t mind seeing RFM do that one too.

Wish they would do a Sherman Calliope and DD (with screens up, down) versions.

That would also be nice, particularly a DD tank. On the other hand, we have two Calliope sets, one from Italeri and the other from Lanmo. The Italeri Calliope is somewhat simplified and a bit crude. The Lanmo set is multimedia and looks good. It will require a skilled modeler to successfully complete it, though.

The Lanmo calliope is less a kit and more all the parts you need to scratchbuild a calliope.

That’s an apt description. I recently broke down and bought it and the Sherman V Crab flail. I don’t know what I have got myself into!! I hope Andy’s HHQ also brings in the M1 Dozer for VVSS Sherman.
