Very nice figure but what makes it specifically an M18 Hellcat crewman?
Nothing. He is a generic tank crewman since he is in tankers’ overalls.
What I thought lol
I’d say the pointing pose indeed makes him a generic tank crewman. 
Seriously I must say the complete crew looks rather nice.
