M1A2 SEP with TWMP Query

Based on images in the Tankograd book, ‘Iron Brigade - German Tour 2017’, I note that many of the US Army AFVs were painted with a washable Bronze Green over their CCARC Tan basecoat. With this in mind, I plan to model an Abrams with Track Width Mine Plow, and wonder whether the mine plow itself would have been painted with this Bronze Green.

I think either way would be correct. I could see one unit taking the time to paint them, while another didn’t bother.

On many occasions the plow color does not match the tank color.
