I am still making head way on this. Got the vehicle all primed up.
I like the look of the blade, nice and shiny. A lot of guys rust up the face, but if it is being used regularly it will be polished to a nice shine. Wayne
Love that finish so far Alex, it really stands out!
Thanks Richard, this one has been a slow burn but I am liking the contrast between everything.
Now to decide when to mount the plow.
I hear ya, some of my projects are dragging on for years. I hope to get them out of the way within the next few months so I can start something new.
Slick looking I’ve always thought tanks with dozens blades are neat
Great looking model and that dozer blade looks fantastic!!
Great job on a unique tank. Nice tight build and excellent paint. The streaking and weathering look spot on. I love what you’ve done with the dozer blade - just the right amount of mud and bare metal. Outstanding model.
@bwilt @SSGToms thank you for the kind words, this has been a fun project to try out some new techniques thats for sure!
Excellent job Alex. Great build and in particular the finish is fantastic, very realistic grimy appearance.
Thanks Richard! I am very happy with how it turned out. I have been fighting more and more to make my weathering more subtle but realistic
You have definitely succeeded here- looks excellent!
Excellent build and finish…. Weathering is spot on … great work ![]()
