A lot of resin conversion are now avaiable at low price (eh eh eh!)
so I switch one of this in a Portughese (ex Canadian ) version

What is happening at the rear hull? At first I thought it was a fording kit but the direction is wrong. Looks very interesting. :+1:

Lloyd was referring to photo-etch (PE).
In case you’re not familiar with this term, it is very thin photo-etched metal (most commonly brass).
Such parts are included in many of the current injection-moulded plastic kits, offering a more realistic thickness to smaller items, as a replacement for rather chunky plastic versions.

in this model i prefer file the plastic made protection.
usually I use alluminium can material (eg.coke)
