My most recent project … US Army’s M8 Light Armoured Car, in an Ardennes winter vignette. Scaled at 1/72, this is a 3D printed kit from the Dorchester-based company 3D Gizmo. The kit is due to be reviewed in a forthcoming issue of Military Modelcraft International.

Many thanks … much appreciated! I have found the perfect medium for recreating snow (particularly in this scale … white silica sand, a product sourced from my local aquarium shop. Unlike the old-school baking powder, it does not yellow, and has a slight sparkle … perfect for this type of scene
