Yes, I have no idea what they did wrong. I think to lower the cab and the hood is to difficult. I’ll wait until I get the hard top from hobby dna, maybe this works better.

Yea the hard top and do you think it will fit. Only thing I think AFV will make the M809 series and M900 series trucks…

It is a complete cab shell with the hard top molded onto it. I 
Kit doesn’t mold them separately.
Alternately, the Italeri M923/M925 hardtop will fit on it as well, I have confirmed it. I cut the softtop cab apart on the I Kit M923 and the Italeri tops fit perfectly.
Looks like I will raise the cab shield by about 8-9mm on mine. That should do it.

Unfortunately, I didn’t know that the hard top from Italeri also fits. That would have saved me the trouble of buying a spare part, because ILK has both versions in its range.

I plan on building this scene from a FTX back in 2001.
I actually rebuild the ILK model with hardtop und used the canvas cover from AFV Club´s M54 kit.

Hallo Andreas,
It´s not a copy. It´s the old vacuformed canvas from Airmodel kit. I bought some Airmodel kits when they were discounted after the Italeri kit was released.
