No, it is the vehicle that dismount Stinger Teams used to carry themselves and all their gear. The two boxes at an angle are Stinger ready rounds. The two Stinger Gunners were expected to get out of the truck and open the boxes, shoulder the Stinger missile, and fire away. They were really exposed and it was not an effective system. They were replaced by the Avenger HMMWV when they became available.
