Squadron has it on pre-order for $88.49 with an estimated delivery the end of June.

Unfortunately, if the price is wrong, I’m still in.

Looking for a 1/32 and THEN I am in!!

You must be kidding, with a wingspan of 72cm at 1/72, the 1/32 version would be almost twice the B-17 wingspan at the same scale!!

And the problem is? LOL!

The price is o.k. for me.

Anyone makes a Sandworm for this? I remenber that I had the RoG Sandworm kit form the original movie.

Has anyone heard about distribution dates for this? It appears the kit has been available in Japan since 30 May but so far nothing in Canada or elsewhere.

Cheers,
Colin

Ships the end of this month. The Harkonnen version ships the end of August.

Thank-you sir!

…and not an hour later I receive a notice from Canada Post that the hobby shop has shipped the model.

Yippee!

Cheers,
Colin

It sure is big with the wings out full…! The glass parts fit nice and snug without glue, but the mounting clips along the edges stick out a tad for my liking, so I’m gonna cut masks around all the windows to paint them in with the rest of the fuse colour. Ya, ya, I know picky, picky…but it’s a large focal point of the model…and I’m stuck at home after surgery, so LOTS of time on my hands…

Yep, it’s wide.

I’ve only poked through the box and overall it looks quite good. A bit more detail in the cabin would be appreciated. As my hobby room is a disaster right now and undergoing a major re-org (I’m spending more time trying to find tools than actually using them), I’m hoping the after-market companies will have worked their magic by the time I’m ready to build.

Hope you enjoy your modelling time and “as every silver lining has it’s cloud”, here’s wishing you a nice uncomplicated recovery.

Cheers,
Colin

a costly divorce :rofl::rofl::rofl:
