Hello colleagues! I decided to move away from the topic of tanks and lean against something high)). So…started assembling the helicopter. I use 3D decals Quinta studio, etching Microdesign and own additions.

Those Quinta decals really lift the build quality. Are they self adhesive?

No but a little pva glue will do the job. They also have their own adhesive.

Started working on the exterior. I did a little work with putty and a scalpel to improve the appearance.

Made a mesh and replaced the “gills” - this is typical for helicopters of earlier production

Slightly modified the propeller swashplate: made “dimples” on the frame, added a couple of brass axles and made a control rod, which was not in the kit
