I mean, sure it’s an assembly of previous offerings from Miniart, but will attract those who like the instant diorama effect.
A canny marketing move on Miniart’s part but if one wants an instant dio, then why not?

Maybe they cleared a patch of road from all the rubble and ash so they could work on their tank. The road sign and Lamp look like they survived the fire unscathed too.
