Hi, I have another one on the bench, worked on the hull.
I won’t do the interior on this one.
Some work done yesterday and today,
I didn’t work on the PE little bits, I will leave that for later.
There is a ton of PE to add on the engine deck.
To keep some of my sanity , I only added these 4.
Yesterday I added these :
This one has been away from the bench for some weeks.
Adding details to the side and rear plates.
I forgot to make some holes along the way, I’ll manage…

Thanks for the preview of my future when I will tackle this kit.
Watch it for the thin plastic parts, you can see on my kit, near the engine deck, I had to scratch with wire, while cleaning it up it broke into 3 or 4 parts…
Anyway I’ll keep posting my progress here.
If you have any questions during my build , feel free to ask !
Long session working on the T-54 A,
and the rear deck :
Ca3 part is very, very fragile, cutting and cleaning it broke nearly instantly and I was very very gentle… anyway replaced it with some wire.
After a little over 3 hours, I got the rear deck done.
Just need to check the engine deck, front and sides if something is needed, but I can see a Primer Session very soon.
Oh… forgot to mention it, I’m not doing the interior on this version.
But I will work on another Miniart T-54 soon, either 54-1 or 54-2 will have the interior .
I made a mistake when buying those kits, I got hooked by the boxart, and didn’t notice the cool ones had an interior…
So I got T-54 A, T-54-1, T-54-2 and T-54-3 …all with interiors.
I almost got baited but then I checked the price tags
I did get one with interior, partially to check it out and partially because the non-interior variant wasn’t available.
I just have 120 extra sprues…
I guess the non-interior variants go pretty quickly… and we ended up with the others !
I need to build another T-54/55 family tank…
Thanks for sharing.
