I do feel sorry for tomorrow’s modellers - the almost-universal use of camo combat uniforms these days is going to make figure-painting a real nightmare!

Yep, nothing is wrong.
Boy the USAF really wants to get rid of them. I get the wow factor but why send a low gen aircraft into the highest AA box in the world. Not really playing to its strong suits.

Firing a fin round off the HESH scale is always good for a giggle among crews and some free beer in the evening lol . I’m sure G @Maximus8425 has seen that as well lol
I’ve never seen it done with fin as I’ve only ever fired it on commissioning tanks but I HAVE seen it with APDS on Hohne ranges. Nearly zero chance of seeing where it goes as it’s against the sky and it’s so fast. I’ve often wondered how far one would travel though, but to put it in perspective the map below shows the impact safety area for Lulworth Ranges which is the British Army’s Gunnery School. From the point just east of Lulworth Cove to Kimmeridge Bay is roughly 8k or just short of 5 miles. Now roughly work out the distance from the shore to the furthest point of the impact area and it will give you an idea of how far something just might go. Granted there is a safety margin built into that template.
