Althou offtopic, but its interesting to mention that Hartmann had a very low opinion of russians and spent his whole life fighting them in war, in prison and as NATO officer. He never negotiated with them.

Diplomats are useless based on the aggressor’s long term stated goals and proof of total untrustworthyness.
Definitely someone will win this one based on if the aggressors stated goals are achieved or not.
