Imagine a system of delayed detonation on a mine, 1 sec delay, allowing the vehicle to be over the mine when it goes off.

No , referring to the ARAT mounted on the turret side rails immediately adjacent to the burnt out track blocks.

Interesting. If these are going to Ukraine, they are the first batch of A3 Bradley’s, with the CITV on the right rear of the turret. Definitely an upgrade on the battlefield. The bumper numbers say 1st Armored DIV though, so they could be on rotation to Poland for training.
