I wonder if we will see a 21st century version of the big 1943 battle of Kurst

I doubt it. Neither side has the sheer number of AFVs that were used at Kursk; and the presence of drones and anti-tank munitions makes that kind of large-scale formations extremely risky. But I could be wrong, this conflict has defied expectations before.
