Does anyone have any idea on how to replicate this?

Tissue paper soaked in water and white glue to mold in shape then paint to match.

Maybe use tissue paper soaked in white glue and water mixture? Paint it after placing on vehicle. And by tissue paper I mean that very thin paper that is used to wrap items in gift boxes. Don’t use Kleenex or bathroom tissue as it will disintegrate.

Use proper tissue paper……good quality stuff

That’s a coincidence. I am currently planning to add that camo sheet to my 1/72-scale Leclerc,
and intend to use the tissue paper/diluted PVA glue technique myself. I really can’t think of a better way … unless someone can suggest an alternative.
