Fat Boy is actually kind of small. Here’s one compared to an 10 and 5 year old:

The bomb he is building is “Fat Man”, which was the larger of the two WWII-dropped bombs. The smaller one was “Little Boy”.

Yes, I know. I meant to put 'Man" but it should have been obvious from the photo which one I meant.
