Can you help me identify this soldier’s clothing? Navy SEALS, Afghanistan. What kind of jacket and pants is this?

For the 2005 time period, he would most likely be in either USMC Digital camo or 3-color DCUs. Looks like he is also wearing leg gaiters, which could be almost any color since they are not standard issue items.
Thanks - pants ok, but what model of jacket is that? Gaiters - ok too
Possibly a Gortex, which would most likely be in the same camo.
