I’m curious - your name isn’t fully darkened like most members. I assume that changes when you’ve gotten your invitation. So how is it you can post, and even upload photos? I guess that’s more a question for Robin. You even receive the little “welcome” banner.

Really good effort to get three colours of camo onto something this size! I did see this over at Scale Model Addict and was impressed at how fine those lines are.

Two types of users:

  1. Regular Joes posting on the forums (like you and me, even if I also happen to have moderator powers)
  2. Content creators on the actual sites. Some of the forum members are also editors on the sites and create news items etc ( I do not have that access, I could have if I needed to but I haven’t written reviews and I’m not working with news posts either).
    Some companies who are trusted to publish their own news items also have logins to the various sites.

Getting access to the forums is easy, maintaining the access is done by not being an a-hole, spammer or other obnoxious presence.
