Does anyone out there have a silhouette cutter or laser that would like to cut some painting stencils for me?
Railroad Roman numbers.
5/16" and 3/8" tall.
Numbers 5 and 7.
Will pay for the service.
Thanks,
Craig

I have not done this but one of the guys that I Zoom with daughter has a Cricut and has done stencils for him. They came out quite good. May I suggest you look for some Cricut users in your area. Facebook and Reddit both have user groups, might be a good place to start.
@Gluthanasia Any luck finding someone to cut your stencils?
@rtbrd3 Good idea. Thanks for posting it.

Odd. It was working. Roman Railroad letter and numbers, 3/8 inch high.
No luck…
Is one of these the font you’re looking for? If, yes, I’ll be cutting some stencils for another project in a week or so, and I can easily add in the numbers you need. You can PM me if you’d rather carry the conversation on in private.
@SdAufKla thank you for the offer. ![]()
Railroad Roman is perfect.
Thanks, Craig
Hi Michael,
Thank you for the offer to cut stencils.
Railroad Roman
5/16" and 3/8" tall
5 and 7
3 of each?
Let me know shipping , materials and labor costs please.
Thank you,
Craig
Hi Craig,
Give me a week or so to finish the layout of the larger project that I’ll stick these with.
Do you want the numbers separate (i.e. three x 5 and three x 7 - each size?), or do you want the double digits (i.e. three x 57 of each size?). Just as easy to layout and cut either way. Let me know, and when I do the layout, I’ll post up an image of the layout for you to see before I actually cut them.
Once we’re good with exactly what you need and want, we can figure out the rest. Should be very modest costs. I take it from your flag icon that you’re located in the US(?).
Cheers,
Mike
Yes I am in the US.
Separate numbers please.
Cheers,
Craig
Just a quick thank you to @SdAufKla for doing the stencils for me and to @JPTRR for bringing the thread back life.
Great news! I’m glad the stencils finally arrived. I was beginning to have some doubts about the Mail Snail!
I hope they work out for you. I’ll be looking forward to seeing the finished locos!
Craig, I look forward to seeing your locomotive project, too!
Mike, thank you for helping out.
Yeah Mike.
I think part of the postal fee was for storage…
LOL! I think you’re right!
Will be traveling soon so probably a month or so before I post anything on the loco.
